The Kuwduhum Community situated in the eastern part of Suhum has set up a committee to oversee a water project aimed at addressing the water scarcity issue that plagues the village of 400 residents. To aid the community, the Bostani Foundation stepped in to provide them with access to clean and reliable water, with the goal of instilling a sense of hope in the rural community. We are committed to ensuring the ongoing operation and maintenance of this facility for years to come. The BOSTANI FUND established this initiative to offer free and safe drinking water to disadvantaged people in Ghana through
the construction of both hand-pumped and mechanized electric boreholes. In the case of the electric mechanization project, the boreholes were drilled to a depth of 300 feet (91 meters) to access water. which is then stored in a 300-liter tank.
